Multi-tenant SaaS product engineering is the harder version of the same discipline — one application, many customers, strict isolation between them, and the operational machinery to run it at scale. Mailflow is where we learned it under load: provider abstractions behind a factory, long-running work pushed into queues, an install log you can watch stream, and a compiled engine where PHP was the wrong tool. We bring those habits to teams taking a product from a working MVP to something that holds up in production without a rewrite.

Platform and AI integration is the connective work — making an existing stack behave like one product instead of six systems that distrust each other. That means third-party APIs that rate-limit, fail partially and disagree about their own data, credentials that have to be stored properly, and AI agents wired in where they remove manual work rather than add a demo.
